Senior Claims Advocate

Do you have ProductLiability Claims experience along with a strong background in CasualtyClaims?!Our client based in London are looking for a SeniorClaims Advocate to join the business to provide a quality claimsservice to all US Casualty, US H/C, Life Science clients together withadvisory and servicing role to customers both internal and externalalike.The role:You will be responsible for themanagement and control of complex US Casualty, US H/C, Life Scienceclaims.You will personally provide outstanding service andtechnical advice, expediting and negotiating best claims settlements.Contribute to business development with recommendationsduring marketing and renewal meetings.Develop and fosterrelationships with clients to attract new business and retain existingclients.You will provide leadership, guidance, manage theteam responsibilities and be accountable for service delivery.Be responsible for the team's performance against servicestandards and take remedial action as appropriate.Holdregular team meetings and act as focal point for market intelligence.Be actively involved in recruitment/promotions/remunerationfor the team.Ensure that all staff within the team aretrained, competent and motivated.Conduct regularappraisals in accordance with timescales and guidance set by theCompany.The successful candidate will have previousexperience handling Product Liability and Casualty claims….LifeScience experience would be an added bonus!
