This is a great opportunity to join this highly respected Central London Council. The Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer will join a supportive and welcoming team.Senior Lawyer responsibilities of the role;Provide expertise, knowledge and advice on all matters relating to litigation, advising on evidence and procedure and the conduct of any trials.Conduct a full range of work types in this area of work to include housing law and debt recovery.Utilising skills and experience gained within a similar position, you will report to the Principal Lawyer (Litigation) and will have your own complex and varied caseload Senior Lawyer will;Hold a Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX or similar qualificationHave experience in civil law and procedure, preferably in a local government contextExcellent knowledge of the law and practice in this area of lawWe encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing.
