Job Description
Peaple Talent have partnered with a large professional services organisation based in Swindon who are recruiting a Change manager with experience of working with regulatory change. This is a key position and will deliver key strategic programmes across the organisation, from identifying new opportunities through to design, launch and embedding changes. You will lead and coach the teams to deliver high quality changes at pace and within budget along with working with suppliers & partners to deliver sustainable effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Organisation to develop the solutions needed within your programmes to meet strategic themes.
Responsibility for managing withing the agreed budgets.
Work with suppliers and partners to deliver high performing solutions.
Complete analysis and research to inform the solutions and delivery roadmap.
Put the Customer needs at the centre of the change process by understanding the customer needs through analysis using the different sources available.
Use data management to identify new opportunities to continuously improve solution and delivery approach.
Support the Sponsors and Product managers to create robust business cases to support new initiatives and changes supported with ROI.
Lead delivery teams compromising of Change Leads/Product Owners/Testers/UX and Developer
Responsible for the facilitation of the end-to-end epics/features and stories to implement the vision.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Manage the Programme roadmap, link to overall Change portfolio and manage key dependencies, risks & issues.
Partner with Advisers, Technology, Marketing, SMEs and key stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.
Provide data led and customer centric Information enabling good decision making by key stakeholders through the change cycle of the programme.
Key Requirements:
Relevant and demonstrable experience of working in a similar role for 3 + years.
Experience of leading and implementing cross functional change for People, Process and Technology
Strong understanding of digital, automation and self-serve design and the ability leverage data to track, analyse and continuously improve the overall solution design to create a fantastic customer experience.
Experienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe would be an advantage.
Financial services sector knowledge would be an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile accreditation would be an advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to enable customer needs to feed through to the online design.
Demonstrable effective leadership, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with a passion in making a difference through great products and customer experience.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to create data led recommendations to enable a strong ROI.
Strong planning skills, ability to create a high-level long-term plan whilst being able to create a detailed shorter-term roadmap.
