Job DescriptionRole: CDM Consultant/ Senior CDM Consultant Location: Oxford office (Projects across the South East) Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits package Sector: CDM/ Principal Designer Practice WRG are excited to partner with an independent CDM/ PD practice that is based in Oxford. Our client has developed an excellent reputation over the years and they have become an established consultancy within the property & construction space offering CDM, H&S, Principal Designer and BSA services to clients. The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM Consultant or Senior CDM Consultant to their team of likeminded safety & compliance professionals (team sat at 12). The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the South East. They work on multimillion pound projects up to the value of £500m, this includes schemes in the residential, commercial, hotel, leisure, heritage, education, healthcare and education projects. The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth. Responsibilities: Offer a range of CDM/ PD services to clients.Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, along with offering input in relation to safety in design.Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required. Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place for each project. Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations. Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
