An awarding winning multi-discipline practice is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Senior CDM Principal Designer. The Central London based firm is looking for a competent professional who has proven consultancy experience.
The practice takes great pride in providing accurate construction advice across the built environment. Due to the continued success of the PD division an opportunity has arisen for a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join the department. The successful individual will have the advantage of working on the firms diverse client portfolio.
The role is to support the Lead Partner with several programmes across Central London and the surrounding home counties. You the successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will deliver projects in the commercial, residential, education and retail sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced CDM/PD professional who wants autonomy of running your own schemes. You will liaise with high level stakeholders and spot new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
