Join our HR Advisory case management team and play a pivotal role in supporting our managers to effectively address and resolve employee relations issues.
Our HR Advisory case management team is dedicated to providing professional HR advice and expertise to managers and schools, using a proactive approach to interpret employment law and internal policies to effectively resolve employee relations issues.
As a Senior HR Case Adviser, your role will involve advising on a range of complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, restructurings and TUPEs. You will work closely with managers to expedite decision-making and resolve cases efficiently, providing expert advice and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective HR management and compliance with employment legislation and policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a CIPD Level 5 intermediate certificate in Human Resources, who has extensive HR experience and in-depth knowledge of employment law and local government practices.
