Join us to build the digital economy of tomorrow.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Operations and Compliance Services Pillar. You will play a crucial role in simplifying, automating, and optimizing configuration processes within our systems. Your role involves collaborating seamlessly with product teams to ensure technical solutions are in line with business requirements. In addition to your own contributions, you'll mentor team members to cultivate a culture of innovation and ongoing skill development.ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders to identify and refine requirements and specifications for key deliverablesTake ownership and drive the delivery of strategic deliverablesCreate and maintain pipelines to support automated build, tests, and deploymentsSupport the creation and maintenance of technical documentationSupporting and mentoring junior members of the teamContribute and adhere to our API coding standards, best practices, and proceduresSolid experience working with C# and .NETExperience working on the Front-End (We use React & TypeScript)Excellent practical knowledge of OOP design patterns and SOLID principlesSolid understanding of HTTP and RESTful designUnderstanding and experience of designing software with a distributed architectureCloud-based application development experience (we use AWS)Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQLAlways build applications with a security-first mindsetExperience writing Unit, Integration, and End-to-end testsExperience of working with and maintaining Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows (we use GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy)Superb communication skills, ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teamsHybrid Working Model:All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We’ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally.
