Role Description:
The primary focus of this role is to develop and test computer software for warehouse management and control system.
Responsibilities:
Develop software in accordance with the system and module design documentation for projects, adhering to SOLID principles.
Utilize company standards to ensure clear understanding, verification, and maintainability of work by others.
Conduct unit testing to verify software performance aligns with design specifications and company standards (including screen layouts, behavior, etc.).
Complete software development within specified timelines or provide early notification if timelines cannot be met.
Apply past project experience and industry knowledge to challenge designs for more suitable solutions, utilizing the agreed change control mechanism.
Utilize issue tracking systems (currently Jira) to report software faults in core package software.
