Senior Business Travel Consultant
required for a growing Travel Management Company. You will be working on a dedicated account using the Sabre GDS. This is a Monday-Friday role offering a competitive salary, excellent company benefits on a hybrid basis with 2 days in their central London office.
Senior Business Travel Consultant duties:
Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel, and ground transport using Sabre
Presenting the best option to the client including searching for a range of fares (Cat35, clients route deals etc)
Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
Working to each clients travel policy
Respond to emails and calls within the clients SLA
Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required:
Experience in a prevous Business Travel role
Proficient in Sabre GDS
Strong worldwide airfares knowledge
Experience with ticketing, refunds etc
Excellent customer service skills
Additional information:
Monday-Friday with shifts either 8.30am-5pm or 9.30am-6pm
