Planet Pharma are supporting a leading global pharma company with the search for a new Senior Business System Analyst - Development to join them during an exciting period of growth! Perfect for someone looking to progress in and with an exciting company.
Role summary:
What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Co-create the Development data and IT solution landscape and roadmap
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation
Ensure that all IT products are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements
Orchestrate our stage gate/demand process to bring ideas to new IT solutions, helping Development to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas
Guide a product-oriented IT team that owns E2E all Development IT solutions
Act as program manager and ensure excellence in project set-up and execution
Ensure E2E availability and quality of Development Solution Services
Communication/reporting of R&D IT projects / Solution Services to all relevant stakeholder for the domain
Requirements :
- Extensive BA background and roadmap experience - must be a superb stakeholder and business partner.
- 8 years in similar role in industry.
- Extensive knowledge of development teams, their needs and daily challenges - someone from a scientific/clinical background would be great.
- Knowledge of CRO landscape and vendors they use and how they store data.
- Data analytics experience - see above.
- Experience with a variety of systems to be able to turn their hand to get them all to talk to each other.
