Job Description
What will you be doing?
To act as the subject matter expert for processes and tools across the Financial Services directorate. With an in-depth level of knowledge this individual will be integral to ensuring the delivery of continual improvement and enhancements through workstream and team led activity
As a Senior Business Process Analyst, some of your responsibilities will be:
Analyse and resolve issues and changes that impact Financial Services
To act as the subject matter expert for processes, tools and systems used across the Financial Services directorate whilst having an awareness of how these interface with Client Experience and other parts of the business.
Attend, represent and execute all required actions on workstreams led by business areas outside of Financial Services whereby processes and tools are impacted.
Identify, scope, lead where appropriate and deliver continual enhancements and change across all processes and tools within Financial Services.
Assist in the creation and completion of system testing of system developments which impact Financial Services
Assist with creation and maintenance of training material for new starters and roll out of new initiatives under Financial Services
To act as a representative within Financial Services inputting into future system releases and functionality discussions with product providers.
To work with the appropriate departments to ensure all MI requirements can be captured and fulfilled by utilising processes and tools.
All changes need to be coordinated and delivered by the correct area of the business.
Provide regular updates and track progress through an agreed mechanism that can be shared with the Team Leader.
Ensure all activities are timely, compliant and conducted in a manner that will meet the Evelyn Partners business standards and values.
Qualifications
Logical thinker and able to analyse information
Ability to articulate clearly - verbally / written
Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Approachable and able to work with individuals at all levels.
Proactive, driven individual, with a can-do attitude
