Whether you’re in the retail sector looking to engage consumers or providing to a corporate business looking to increase employee engagement, we’ve designed and delivered solutions across a range of industries.Role OverviewAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy and expanding its market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.You will be a hands-on Partner in the audio-visual and broadcast realms, spanning both B2B and B2C channels within the UK and EMEA markets. You must be proficienct in sales management, business development, channel optimisation, fiscal planning, and creating compelling product campaigns to nurture client relationships.Bauer Digital sits as its own brand within the iuf group, and you will be responsibile for the day-to-day running and success of Bauer Digital as an independent entity.Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales expansion and achieve annual sales target.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the technology sector for LED.To improve the sales network of Bauer Digital, expand customers’ in each area, communicate with key customers on a regular basis to ensure a good relationshipPut forward new product project suggestions according to market situation, and organize feasibility analysis.In addition to the duties which this job normally entails, from time to time you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the CompanyGenerate new business opportunities by effectively sourcing and researching new business leadsManage your sales pipeline effectively by updating CRM system (Zoho, Connectwise) with all prospecting information and activitiesAttend face to face meetings with the Managing Director as part of an ongoing Personal Development PlanDevelop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets for LED technology products.Stay informed about the latest developments in LED technology and provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote products.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.Track and analyse sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition costs, to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Person SpecificationProven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology, AV, or Retail industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to self-motivate and manage an entire division of a businessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectivesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthA creative approach and intermediate to expert use of presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAdaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Sales and Business Development Industries Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bauer Digital by 2xGet notified about new
