Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, focusing on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations.
Understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain points, and position managed IT services as the optimal solution.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to develop tailored proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and strategic guidance on technology solutions and business transformation.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of at least 4+ years in a business development or sales role, with a focus on complex IT services or technology solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Extensive experience in managing and closing high-value deals with enterprise-level customers.
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of managed IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with a proven ability to establish credibility and trust with key decision-makers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
