If you are a pro-active and driven sales professional with a passion for digital and software and have experience of selling predictive simulation or digital twin solutions to multiple industries and domains you could be a great fit for our Senior Business Development Manager at Twinn Product Solutions.
This role will focus predominantly on Predictive Simulation Software & Services but will also be able to call on Twinn Product Solutions and RHDHV Digital's software and services solutions, and will play a key part in delivering the company's objectives as a major part of the wider RHDHV Digital Business Line's growth plans.
The digital business line offer a comprehensive range of digital consultancy and software solutions, covering simulation, digital strategy, customer experience, business processes, data excellence, digital twin and enterprise architecture.
Our customers and domains are extensive covering automotive, oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, healthcare and more so an individual that is adaptable to more than one industry sector is required.Principal Accountabilities
Work with the Business Development Director to develop and execute Business Development plans to sell Predictive Simulation and Digital Twin value propositions into target sectors and accounts.
Engage at the highest level of our customers, developing long term relationships effectively positioning and growing the deployment of Twinn's Witness Predictive Simulation solutions, within the increasingly relevant context of Digital Twin and Industry 4.0.
Ensure effective positioning, promotion and adoption of our Predictive Simulation and Digital solutions in line with market trends and customer/prospect requirements.
Take responsibility for proactively building a high-quality sales opportunity 'pipeline' from both new and existing business leads to enable sales performance objectives to be achieved.
Prospect, qualify and progress potential opportunities to successful conclusion, utilising and coordinating appropriate internal resources as required.
Support the development of relationships within the RHDHV organisation with the objective of identifying mutual opportunities to add value to the wider RHDHV propositions.
The role requires a significant amount of prospect and customer facing time, including regular domestic (and occasional international) travel to the customer site where appropriate.
The home location of the candidate is open but there is an expectation of 2 days per week in the Birmingham Office in addition to any customer visits during the working week.

Individual Profile
Experience
Proven sales and account development capabilities in predictive simulation, process simulation or a closely related field within Industry, manufacturing and supply chain market areas.
executing a new sales growth strategy and ensuring significant and repeat revenues from existing and target accounts.
Successful track record of relevant software and/or consulting solution sales with clients in target vertical sectors across global markets.
Good understanding of the latest Digital Transformation solution trends, e.g.: Industry 4.0 and the role of Digital Twin, with experience in selling Digital Transformation software and/or services solutions.
Knowledge of and experience in relevant markets: Manufacturing (including Automotive, Aerospace), Supply Chain & Logistics, FMCG / Food & Beverage an advantage.
Experience of the following would be beneficial:
Predictive Process Simulation software and solutions.
SaaS solution sales.
Analytics/business intelligence sales.
Business Process Improvement / Operational Excellence / Lean methodologies.
Emerging digital technologies and methods, such as Digital Twin, AI/ML, AR/VR and Predictive Analytics.
