Job DescriptionAmbition is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager on a 12-month FTC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Markets and Growth team of a leading progressive global law firm. The primary duties involve close collaboration with key practice and industry partners to formulate and implement strategic plans. As a vital member of the Markets and Growth team, the Senior BDM contributes to shaping and achieving overarching objectives. Additionally, the Senior BDM takes charge of executing and supporting strategically important pursuits. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be involved in several exciting projects including:Develop the BD strategy to maximise opportunities.Proactively support the market and growth director.Develop and implement integrated profile-raising campaigns.Proactively manage the strategy for important areas.Act as a senior advisor and coach to sponsoring Partner Leads. To be considered for the position the following is required:Previous experience in a professional services BD environment.Demonstrated leadership experience for both coaching teams and managing major projects.Commercial awareness.Excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships.
