Senior Business Central Consultant

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading business application specialist providing CRM and ERP solutions to clients across the UK and abroad. Through a 30 strong team, the business is a Microsoft Partner and has been operating for over 25 years. We are now looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join their busy, successful and growing team. This role is working from home.Senior Business Central Consultant£70-80K plus excellent benefits packageRemotely based and working from homeYou must be located within the UK and a British citizen to apply for this role.To be successful in this role:You will be a confident and senior Business Central consultant with at least 5 years of experience gained in a reseller, consultancy or customer delivery world. This is a client facing software implementation role, and you will need to have the technical knowledge, gravitas and understanding of how to customise and translate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) into customer requirements. Other requirements for this role include:Minimum 3 years work experience as an implementation consultantExperience working with NAV, Business Central, and SQL ServerStrong experience understanding ERP ProcessesExperience with solution design, documentation, training and analysisWell-versed in software testing including Unit testing, UAT testing, and User Story testingExperience working in the distribution area (namely logistics and Omni channel sales)Experience with integration to other applicationsKnowledge of C/AL, ideally with NAV C/AL coding experience & ALGood project experience with implementation and migrationGood project experience with implementation and migrationAbility to utilise and train Customers on BI tools, such as Jet and Power BIAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of a customers organisationMust be comfortable in a working from home environmentOther desirable but not essential requirements for this role include:A Finance backgroundThe ability write codeJob role and responsibilities:As a Senior Business Central Consultant you will be working from home to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) in replacement of an old ERP system. Other responsibilities for this role include:Manage software implementations and projects from inception to customer sign offParticipate in discovery, design, planning, deploymentConfigure Business Central application for customer environmentConsult on for all aspects of pre-sale, analysis, implementation and supportAssist in improving business processesSenior Business Central Consultant working from home.JBRP1_UKTJ
