My London Market Insurance client are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst into their central change function on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity to join a innovative business within the Insurance domain, working on a varied portfolio of change all steered towards overall business growth, offering the opportunity to lead on large-scale change initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience working within the London Market Insurance domain is an essential requirement for this role.
Experience working with broking is highly desirable.
Experience working with Insurance systems across; Underwriting, Claims, PAS and Pricing would be highly advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite/Exec level.
Deep understanding of the Insurance market, in particular working with both brokers and carriers, understanding requirements for Insurance SME's.
Experience working cross-functionally within an Insurance organisation.
Experience working across a variety of Insurance related transformation initiatives, including IT, Business Change and Regulatory transformation.
This role is based in London, with 2-3 days per week in the London office.
