Senior Business Analyst – Luton/Hybrid – Contact Centre/Call Centre - £72,000paOne of the UK’s leading travel clients now requires a Senior Business Analyst within their Contact Centre Team to implement and maintain efficient systems.The ideal Senior Business Analyst will have previous experience working within Contact Centre/Call Centre and act as the liaison between the business and IT.This is a Senior Business Analyst reporting directly into the Lead Business Analyst.The ideal Business Systems Analyst will have the following
