The client is seeking an experienced hands on Senior Business Analyst to join their welcoming team.The Senior Business Analyst Role:• Identify the business analysis activity and deliverables for all projects within the Digital Policing Programme.• Lead, manage, mentor, and support all members of the BA team (6-8 business analysts).• Plan, manage and co-ordinate the work activities for the BA team.• Oversee the quality of work produced by the BA team.• Provide weekly progress reports on the activities agreed within the project plan.• Provide advice on best practice methodologies, tools and templates where required.• Deliver high level business analysis as required by the Project or Programme Manager.• Offer support and guidance to all other areas of the Project or Programme.• Attendance on main site (FHQ Office) minimum 2-3 days a week.What the Senior Business Analyst Will Need:• Formal Business Analyst qualification• Experience of working on strategic change projects in a large, complex organisation.• Experience of managing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts• Broad range of experience working as a Senior business analyst, with strong experience of the following areas:• Business process mapping• Business requirement elicitation and management• Creating proposals and options papers• Gap analysis• Training materials and templates• Delivery management and resource management• Implementation of a complex technical solution• Managing quick time scales, turn arounds and competing priorities• Working closely with Senior Leaders Minorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.Interviews will take place this and next week, so please apply immediately to be considered for this exciting contract role or call Bangura Solutions to discuss this role further.
