Provides production alternatives when necessary.Creates and updates project scope for complex individual projects.Sets out
timelines/schedules
& present to the client.Status sheets - keep all schedules updated with actual dates for tasks completed.Conducts conference calls with clients and attend client facing meetings with Sales/ClientRelationship as required. Provides minutes of call/ meeting as a follow-up.Confirms all regulatory requirements & processes for all projects, e.g. regulators reviewcycles.Develops & maintains necessary records & files for efficient operation.Follows standard
practices/reporting
models & be aware of need to continuously,improve.Creates project scopes for complex individual projectsYour ProfileKey
skills/knowledge/experience: Translate To-Be process into Business RequirementsBreakdown To-Be processes persona wise.Break down to-be processes application wise if integrating with other applications.Analyze & ModelAnalyze requirements and define entities and entity relationships.Analyze requirements and entity definition develop conceptual data model.Develop entity attributes and develop the logical data model in detail.Design UI layouts and data capture with validations for tasksEnsure traceability from Requirements to test case.Co-ordinate with the testing team and ensure test cases are executed.Run discovery sessions and gather requirements and get them signed-offEnsure that the development team are clarified on doubts and clarifications.Ensure that the physical model developed is not in violation of the Logical ModelCo-ordinate the Acceptance testing with customer based on the traceability matrix.Co-ordinate with the documentation team and ensure that user manuals and training materials are clear concise and updated promptly.Exposure to Supply Chain Processes and ToolsGood verbal and written communication style and skillsGood to have:Exposure to working in Agile methodologyExposure to Data & Process Modelling toolsBusiness Exposure for Cement IndustryTCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
