Senior Business Analyst

Anyway, by doing my job I’ve been tasked with doing it again to find another Senior Business Analyst to join a consulting client of mine.
They’re an established Digital Transformation consultancy headquartered in London and are going through a process of building a dedicated BA capability.
I’ve had the pleasure of placing a number of core members of the team to date and they’re now looking for an additional Senior Business Analyst’s to join them as their pipeline of work continues to extend deep into 2024 and beyond.
They don’t just need you to support a range of change and transformation initiatives with their clients (a mix of public and private sector orgs), they want you to help continue to develop and shape the Business Analysis capability internally.
If you get a kick out of delivering for clients but playing a pivotal role in building service offerings / products then opportunities don’t come better than this.
For this particular role you’d definitely benefit from experience as a product owner. Someone with a focus on prioritising product features based on business value and ROI, working with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements AND balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
Whilst head quartered in London these roles are very much open to people ANYWHERE in the UK. With a geographically dispersed team the client offer plenty of flexibility (your base location is your home address) and onsite work with clients is required only when there is real value in you being there.
There’s a base salary of £50-65,000 on offer with bonus, private healthcare and a number of other benefits.
The interview process is straightforward, 2 stages with the first being a very transparent conversation held on MS Teams followed by a follow up interview with the broader team.
