We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our clients team who are a respected Utilities company. The ideal candidate will possess strong general BA skills and have a keen interest in gaining exposure to UK Regulated Utility or OT Security domains. Experience with projects involving the deployment of equipment to remote and distributed systems, particularly in telecoms-related assets, would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong general BA skills.
Experience in UK Regulated Utility or OT Security domains is a plus.
Familiarity with telecoms-related assets and projects involving remote and distributed systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other BA tools/software.
