Senior Building Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join my clientsteam. We are looking for someone who is client focused, passionate about a service that excels and will add to our wide breadth of experience and working knowledge across a range of surveys, refurbishment, retrofit and building safety remediation projects.
Our Building Surveying team operates within our multi-disciplinary consultancy working for a range of clients, so adaptability and agility are key to the role.
A suitable candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the following (not necessarily exhaustive):
Condition Surveys
Building Surveys/Due Diligence
Schedules of Condition
Licences to Alter
Feasibility Studies
Design/Refurbishment
External Wall System (EWS) visual and intrusive surveys (production of EWS1 forms not required)
Delivery of EWS remedial projects
Contract Administration/Project Management/Employers Agent
