The Senior Building Surveyor

• Chartered status with MRICS or working towards it, underscoring their commitment and professionalism in the field of building surveying.
• A substantial background in building surveying across various sectors, showcasing versatility and broad expertise.
• Proven experience in project management and a track record of development activities, affirming their capability to drive and win new business.
• A forward-thinking mindset, with a clear ambition for progression to Director level, indicative of their career aspirations and dedication to personal growth.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively both within a team and independently, ensuring seamless collaboration and individual initiative.
