Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager

My Local Authority client in Hertfordshire are looking for an interim Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager to oversee their capital works projects, predominantly aids and adaptations.

The candidate must have experience in:

• Residential - kitchens. bathrooms, rooms, windows
• Managing surveyors
• Managing multiple projects
• Council experience
• Background in Building Surveying (MCIOB or MRICS preferred)

The role requires two days on-site in Hertfordshire.

Interviews are taking place next week and a decision will be made before the end of the week.
