Job Title: Senior Building Services Manager

Position: Permanent.

Salary: £60,000k - £65,000k plus benefits.

I am looking to speak to Senior Building Services Managers to join my client, who are a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Birmingham area. They deliver a wide range of projects from Commercial, as well as Healthcare and Education.
Also, be very sharp, organised, great work ethic, technically proficient and great interpersonal skills leading a team to excellence. The opportunities are endless with my client, as they are one of the leading Contractors in the UK.
Summary:
You will need to have strong healthcare experience, as my client are looking for someone who has worked on hospital projects with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Systems.

Manage the off site design process on stage 1 and 2 tenders, commencing at RIBA stage 2 or 3. Concept or developed design in accordance with their Design Management processes and procedures.

Also manage the on site design process at RIBA stage 4 and 5. Technical design and construction in accordance with their Design Management processes and procedures. Provide technical support to the onsite construction activities in order to maintain quality benchmarks. Assist the Design Manager in the discharge of the Design Managers specific tasks and responsibilities.
