Senior Building Physics Consultant

Location: Manchester, UKPurobuild are currently working with an award winning, global consultancy specialising in sustainable building design and engineering. This leading consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Physics Consultant to join their growing team based in Manchester.The successful Senior Building Physics Consultant must have relevant experience within a consultancy based position and be confident communicating with members of the design/engineering teams and liaising with clients on project matters. Senior Building Physics Consultant will also be responsible for managing and leading more junior members of the team on projects and training them in areas of development. The successful candidate will join a growing team working on some exceptional, multi million pound, complex projects.Senior Building Physics Consultant Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a Building Physics role Proficient using IES VE and undertaking energy analysis Experience with Part L calculations Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc) Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments Experienced in IES ApacheHVAC for detailed energy modelling Low Carbon Consultant (LCC) / Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) qualification desiredIf you think you would be a good fit for this role, please email a copy of your CV to ##### or call 0161 441 1450.
