Location: Birmingham, UKSalary: £45,000 - £55,000Purobuild are currently working with a leading, global consultancy specialising in sustainable building design and engineering. This award winning consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Physics Consultant to join their growing team based in Birmingham. The successful Senior Building Physics Consultant must have relevant experience within a consultancy based position and be confident communicating with members of the design/engineering teams and liasing with clients on project matters. Senior Building Physics Consultant will also be responsible for managing and leading more junior members of the team on projects and training them in areas of development. The successful candidate will join a growing team working on some exceptional, multi million pound, complex projects.Senior Building Physics Consultant RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience using IES VE and proficient undertaking energy analysisExperience with GLA planning requirementsQualified Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) (L5) & experience with Part L calculationsExperience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessmentsExperienced in IES ApacheHVAC for detailed energy modellingLow Carbon Consultant (LCC) qualification desiredBuilding Physics Consultants BenefitsPrivate health care which can be extended to family members25 days annual leave + bank (opportunity to buy/sell holidays)Working on a vast range of sectors; leisure, education, healthcare, offices, residentialFood and gym vouchersCycle to work schemeIf you think you would be a good fit for this role, please email a copy of your CV to ##### or call 0161 441 1450.
