My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to a new contract being won they are recruiting for a senior engineer to join the contract, You will have your City and guilds, nvq level 3, AM2 and 18th�edition, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

You will be looking after 3 sites x1 Waterloo x1 Paddington and x1 Brentford, covering all aspects of maintenance from the PPM and reactive maintenance schedules, including electrical/mechanical and HVAC, escorting sub contractors, working with the client and general paperwork on site.

Hours are 8am to 5pm

Salary is up to 48K, with travel expenses, overtime, company benefits and much more.
