Salary: £100k total package inc Salary & Bonuses
Location: Mayfair, London

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and underwrite bridging finance loan applications, assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and the viability of proposed transactions.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analysing financial statements, credit reports, and collateral valuations to make informed lending decisions.

Collaborate with the sales team and borrowers to gather necessary documentation and information, ensuring a smooth and efficient underwriting process.

Structure loan terms and conditions in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
