Our guiding values - Dream, Deliver and Care - show our commitment to innovation, our ambition to hit goals at speed, and our deep respect for the people we work with.Job DescriptionRole: Senior Brand Marketing ManagerDepartment: BrandReports to: Head of Brand Marketing & PRWe have a great opportunity for a creative and driven marketing expert with over 8 years of experience to our brand team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract starting in early August 2024.You will have a clear view of how to build our brand, develop campaigns that promote our unique proposition and help us to become the UK’s most loved way to eat dinner.As a member of the brand team, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our brand is present and plays an active role in the moments that matter in consumers' lives. You’ll be experienced in leading and delivering complex campaigns, with multiple stakeholders across insights, propositions, creative, food, customer care and digital product.You have a strong understanding of media and campaign planning and will bring fresh thinking to inspire the team around you. You will be committed to communication effectiveness, media efficiency and ROI, to learning, improving and sharing best practices across the team.You are motivated to drive tangible improvements to our brand, positively shifting brand perception, attracting new audiences and giving customers motivating reasons to stay with GoustoCore Responsibilities:Work with the Head of Brand Marketing and PR on the quarterly brand planning and comms calendar (ATL and BTL) ensuring we execute brilliantly to drive our core brand objectivesManage the media planning process and weekly media effectiveness sessions, reporting on performance, learnings, and optimisations to maximise effectiveness and return on spendForge strong partnerships with our creative agency and in-house creative team, guiding the creative production process and ensuring that production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.Own the delivery of specific campaigns and partnerships - developing the project timeline, brief, assets needed, and measurement criteria and ensuring channel owners are bought in and have what they needAssist the smooth functioning of the wider brand marketing team by managing finance requests, supplying creative to agency partners, and compiling learnings and campaign reports for the businessBe a brand guardian for Gousto; ensuring we deliver our brand effectively, and consistently and adhere to brand guidelinesSupporting the Head of Brand Marketing and PR in identifying brand growth opportunities (partnerships etc), supporting business casing and executionHelp lead, nurture and mentor the broader Brand team upskilling others, sharing learnings and role modelling our ownership principlesWho You Are:Experienced operating in a senior brand marketing role within a consumer-led businessBrand campaign management and media planning experienceYou are curious by nature and driven to make an impactA passion for creating communications which translate into measurable business metricsAmbitious with creative flair and a good eye for detailArticulate and persuasive, you’ll have the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersYou will be deeply invested in the team, their development and happinessBenefitsAdditional InformationClick here to see our company benefits!Equal OpportunitiesHere at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK's most loved way to eat dinner!Whether it is creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams, we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto.We are committed to equality of opportunity across our organisation.
