If you are ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player and interested in growing your career with an International FMCG business, please read through our job opportunity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and produce 3-year strategic brand growth plans, to deliver net profit and gross sales targets. Input brand numbers into sales, margin and overhead budgets and forecasts for UK Region.Present brand strategy updates to internal and external customers, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of brand strategy and deliverables.Monitor brand performance, though internal and external measures and implement corrective action as required to retrieve deficits, performing regular health checks.Proactively identify opportunities through analysis, intelligence and business competence and compile commercial proposals for the businessPrepare and recommend required advertising / trade spends to meet the 3-year plans and annual objectives.Employ marketing mix strategies, ensuring attention to optimise pack architecture, pricing, and promotional strategies for brands across the customer baseWork collaboratively with external agencies to drive brand awareness and develop brand campaigns, then monitor and evaluate performance against targets, taking corrective action when needed.Manage external agency rosters responsible for the brands websites, digital and social platformsCommission market research as required, to understand any key brand issues, test new opportunities and validate assumptions.Liaise with Product Managers to develop and implement, via NPI process, relevant NPD/EPD to maximise profitability and facilitate growth.Competently manage projects, ensuring all processes are followed, financial
evaluations/justifications
completed, and delivery is on time and on budget.REQUIREMENTSStrong Brand Management experienceExperience within FMCG categoryCommercially aware, with demonstrated success in growing brandsHighly numerate with strong analytical abilityA strategic and entrepreneurial mindsetA flare for trying new approaches and not afraid to fail or do something for the first timeThe ability to adapt quickly and recommend optimisation and growth strategiesStrong experience in managing stakeholdersA proactive approach and a passion for making things happenAn intensely curious and inquisitive natureExcellent problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate complexityKEY RESULT AREASFull P&L brand accountability.
