You will be a natural and intelligent communicator with a real energy to enterprise and formulate ideas, a creative thinker and a commercial brain. A strong team player is a must and the willingness to really get stuck in. Project management will be second nature to this individual, and will have full responsibility for their projects from understanding the clients needs, to interpreting this for into a creative brief, and managing the process right through to delivery. A solid understanding of the design process is essential, as is strong financial acumen. Key skills needed are as follows: A natural at building and maintaining client relationships. Strong understanding of brand packaging and design. Excellent project management skills A natural communicator both in client facing and internally Smart and resourceful Strong understanding of branding and design. The ability to work independently as and when required.
