Senior Bookkeeper

Senior Bookkeeper - Supervisor required to join a thriving 5 partner medium sized accountancy practice based in Esher, Surrey in the business services/Outsourcing team.The Outsource Senior will be proficient in preparing and reviewing VAT returns and detailed management accounts whilst also being happy to provide a good service as point of contact to a portfolio and within the team. They will be adept when reviewing work carried out by Junior members of the team.The Senior Bookkeeper will live locally and will have previous experience in a similar role and will be offered a salary up to £37,000, 25 days holiday + bank and other benefits alongside clear routes of progression.Overseeing a portfolio of diverse clients, you will be tasked with:Reviewing and preparing VAT returns for number of clientsPreparing and reviewing management accountsChasing client paperwork and ensuring deadlines are metPrepare accounts to trial balanceReview work prepared by the outsourcing teamStrong knowledge/experience handling clientsGood working experience reviewing & preparing management accountsA personable character who is able to adapt to different clients and scenariosHybrid Working33 days holiday per annum including bank holidaysParkingProgression opportunitiesBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
