Main Duties:
Collaborate with key partners to implement aspects of the digital strategy. This includes:Development and maintenance of the scanning serviceTraining others on digital processesMonitoring the quality of scanned reportsEnsure policy and procedural documents are established to meet accreditation requirementsWork closely with the Technical Services Manager to maintain the quality of client reports and provide support during inquiries and auditsAssist in the implementation and monitoring of a new Laboratory at St Ives.Support the training program within the organization to enhance staff development.Draft documents and reports, summarise issue statuses, evaluate outcomes, and provide progress reports to the Backlogs Management Team.
Requirements of the Digital Pathology & Quality Manager:
Possession of a postgraduate level qualification equivalent to an MSc in Cell PathologyActive HCPC registrationDemonstrated experience in a diagnostic Cell Pathology laboratoryExceptional communication skills
