Biddable Senior Executive (PPC)
Independent Agency
London/ Hybrid
Up to £35k
I have an exciting opportunity for a Biddable Senior Executive (permanent) with a focus on PPC, working with a leading independent specialist in the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
Background to the Role: This agency is renowned for delivering best-in-class service through accountable creativity, driving performance, and data-led metrics. With expertise across full-funnel paid social, digital display, PPC, and broadcast channels, they maintain successful client relationships with top brands.
The Role: As a Biddable Senior Executive, you'll oversee paid search and paid social campaigns for key clients, managing strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development as the agency and client portfolio continue to expand in 2024.
Technical Experience Required:
Exeperience working across Luxury/ Fashion accounts is necessary
In-depth understanding of the biddable media landscape and its alignment with client objectives.
Minimum 2-3 years of technical experience in paid search, including expertise in Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, Shopping & PMAX creative, script creation, and feed management.
Experience with budgets of £1M+ and confidence in managing multiple accounts daily.
Exposure to or willingness to expand into paid social, including platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Snap, and TikTok.
Proficiency in analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, and ownership of the reporting process.
Experience in forecasting and knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and SA360.
Broader Skillset Required:
Strong client management skills, with the ability to speak clearly on topics related to paid search and paid social.
Comfortable with data analysis and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
Ability to derive actionable insights from reporting through critical thinking.
Responsibilities: Paid Search (Lead Focus):
Management of client paid search activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Campaign planning, building, reporting, and budget management.
Regular performance analysis and recommendations.
Paid Social (Secondary Channel):
Management of client paid social activity across various platforms.
Campaign planning, building, reporting, and budget management.
Overall (Tying Channels Together):
Key client management and liaison across biddable paid media activity.
Providing a holistic view across both channels and managing media plans and reporting documents.
