If so, we want you on our team at Harvey Nash The Job As a Senior Bid Writer, you'll be at the forefront of our bid management team, tasked with creating persuasive content that captures the essence of our services. From responding to RFIs and RFPs to proactive proposal development, you'll lead the charge in crafting winning bids. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll ensure our proposals are not only compelling but also align with client objectives and requirements. Craft tailored, impactful content for RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, and proactive sales proposals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather specialised insights. Review client bid requirements and contract templates, guiding SMEs in crafting responses. Lead and facilitate workshops to develop winning themes that resonate with clients. Manage the clarification question process and bid timelines. Maintain and update the content library to keep materials relevant.
