A major recruitment specialist is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join its team. The Senior Bid Writer will be responsible for the entire proposal process, creating and authoring bid content in response to customer requests. This is a highly networked role that requires the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal consultants.
Responsibilities - Bid Writing:
Writing customer focused responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, as well as proactive proposals.
Coordinating input from subject matter experts for inclusion in the bid
Responsibilities - Bid Management / Coordination:
Managing the clarification question process
Leading workshops to develop win themes
Ensuring the bid library is kept up to date
Required Skills / Experience:
Extensive bid writing experience within recruitment / public sector
Able to build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to write concise, creative, and compelling content for proposals and pitches.
You must have full right to work within the UK to be considered for this role.
