Senior Bid Manager

This role forms part f succession plans & would suit either an experienced Bid Manager or Senior Project/Contracts Manager wth commercial new build experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to work on behalf of a regional Contractor that is based in the Essex area.

Coming from a Construction background, you will be reponsible for overseeing the Bid process which involves commercial new build public sector frameworks (Health/Leisure/DofE) and includes�interpreting the client requirements, chairing Bid/Tender meetings as well as working with the Design & Estimating departments to ensure the chances of winning the work�are maximised wherever possible.

This is a client facing role and therefore client facing skills are required as is a consistent background of working within a Tier 1 or 2 environment.

Supporting you in your role will be a highly experienced, capable and charismatic Pre-Construction Manager who's focus is to suppot you in your role and to ensure that work is won at a profitable margin.
