Senior Aviva Zero Business Analyst – Salary
National: £60,000 - £65,000 London: £80,000

A bit about the job: Aviva Zero is a new greenfield Personal Lines insurer set up to be the best insurer in the market. It launched in February 2022 and has been growing rapidly since then. The business is initially focused on car insurance distributed through price comparison sites. It is also looking to advance Aviva’s sustainability agenda, and our initial product includes carbon offsetting features.
We have been given a significant investment and have built our own flexible technology stack to enable us to execute continuous change based on learnings from state-of-the-art analytics. We have an integrated, focused operating model to allow us to make good decisions and execute them at pace. This role exists to make sure that we are delivering projects and features effectively to support good customer experience and our growth ambitions. The role reports to the Head of Change and Delivery for Aviva Zero but the successful candidate will work across all areas of the Aviva Zero business; a unique opportunity in a large FTSE 100 insurer.
This role will support the delivery of key business outcomes by defining and translating customer and business requirements into artefacts that supports the shaping and ongoing delivery of business-critical functionality. Skills and experience we’re looking for:Experienced Agile Business Analyst, ideally working in both Kanban and Sprint teams.Comfortable working independently to remove ambiguity from key areas of build.Has worked in all stages of project delivery from ideation, PoC, build and post implementation enhancements.Comfortable working outside of their own lane to own and solve problems that are impediments to delivery.Familiar with business change activities, with a focus on business and customer outcomes.What you’ll get for this role:Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too. National: £60,000 - £65,000 London: £80,000
