Together as one team, we’re connecting Britain with the world and the world to Britain like no one else.An exciting opportunity to join the Aviation and Operational Security team as a Senior Aviation Security Manager has arisen, leading on assuring our operational relationship with major regulators such as the CAA and the TSA.About the role:Forming relationships across BA, with IAG Cargo and the BA subsidiaries, you will lift awareness and ensure implementation of security regulation and policies.You will be responsible for our internal reporting mechanisms that track and monitor risks within the BA Management System.Act as operational point of contact with BA subsidiaries and be responsible for maintaining security-related agreements.People manage and inspire a team of three, championing the BA brand and behaviours.About you:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.Champions innovation and agility, adopting new ways of thinking to make critical decisions.A creative problem-solver, who is both curious and proactive to deliver practical solutions.A good understanding of Aviation security regulations and practices is important.The post-holder must be able to obtain a UK security clearance.Our Corporate and Support roles come with big potential to make your mark on our business.
