Senior AV Engineer

They offer a full range of turnkey solutions aimed to minimise costs and maximize results.They are seeking a responsible, motivated, professional and dedicated Senior AV Engineer to join the team at Bracknell. You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic AV team working with assigned project managers and programmers. The position offers versatile responsibilities with a mixture of design, installation, rack/field testing and resolving issues with high tech equipment. You will manage your time effectively and perform within tight deadlines. If you prove yourself, you will be promoted to management in quick succession.The right candidate would be working with a great array of reputable brands such as Coloplast, IBIS, Marriot, Novotel & Acentic Group.My Client is looking for an individual to work closely with assigned managers and programmers providing fully functional integrated audio-visual systems. You will be commissioning racks on site and be responsible for installation of systems.You will need to be a specialist in the following: Audio Amplifiers, Video conferencing systems & projectors/Matrixes, Digital displays & Signage Systems, Wireless devices, Automation controllers, HD BaseT, Movie theatre equipment.RequirementsExperience in installing and commissioning assigned projectsExtensive knowledge in Advanced Visual Systems and Television NetworkUnderstanding of IP protocols, ZigBee, IR & SerialKnowledge of DSP unitsKnowledge of IP NetworkingExperience in HDBase T TechnologyCTS program, design and installation qualifications or equivalent.Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills when training customersManaging projects in a timely manner in line with strict deadlinesInterfaces with line managers for installation and deploymentClear and concise communication with clients, tech-ops and engineersSmooth running of Installation, Commissioning and Systems maintenanceTroubleshooting and a natural problem solverAudio video system full managementQC checklists and rack testingProviding training to clients and explaining complex AV systemsDealing with suppliers and customers in a professional mannerRight to work and live in UK Full- time permanent hours including some weekendsSalary of 35-45k per annum (DOE)Pension contributions of up to 3%30 days annual leavePerformance related bonus schemeTraining and developmentQuick progression to management opportunities
