AV Engineer - Surrey
Our client are a leading provider of high quality, luxury Audio Visual solutions for Prime and Super Prime Residential clients. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional AV experiences tailored to their clients' needs.
Position Overview:
They are seeking a skilled AV Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying Audio Visual systems primarily in Berkshire, Surrey, Home Counties, with some occasional works in London. There may also be opportunities to travel to European locations. As part of their team, you will work closely with other Engineers and Electricians to ensure the seamless integration of AV solutions for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure Audio Visual equipment according to project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal placement and integration of AV systems.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure the successful implementation of AV solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after installation.
Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes and equipment inventory.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Control4
Professional Certified Network Administrator (PCNA Certification)
Experience with Bang & Olufsen (Bang & Olufsen) products
Proficiency with Hikvision equipment Helpful:
Good understanding of Heatmiser / Coolmaster systems
Familiarity with Lutron productsNice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of KNX protocol
Additional experience with Lutron, Rukus, Unifi systems
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in AV system installation and integration
Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
Salary and Benefits
£32,000 - £45,000
