About the Position

What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity where you'll support the team and leadership to deliver amazing customer experiences while also working directly with customers? In this hybrid role, you’ll support leadership with reporting, client meetings, as well motivating and coaching the team members. You’ll also have an opportunity to host virtual events and interact with customers as a product marketer. Looking for an opportunity to share your passion for helping people find the right product – in this case, their next car (an Audi of course!)? Bring your natural ability to connect with people, share your enthusiasm for the product with them and facilitate their next interaction with the company. In addition to supporting leadership and the team, you'll host live personal virtual tours in a truly innovative Virtual Showroom to help get customers excited about the car, answer their questions and then book a test drive at their local retailer of choice. You'll combine your interest in virtually marketing cool products with the opportunity to work one to one with a customer to help them find the car that impacts their day-to-day lives. In this role, you’ll report to the Manager and work with a team of virtual showroom hosts. Together, you’ll impact the customer experience by delivering a quality sales through service experience. During a Typical Day, You’ll
Bring your passion to coach and lead associates in partnering with other departments to ensure achievement of company and client quality goals while addressing employee related issues
Coordinate training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of the project
Motivate and develop your team along with the Live Tour Manager with your open, honest manner, high level of integrity, and judgement in providing feedback and acknowledging a job well done as you play a big part in the associate’s development and career mobility
Have a strong ability to negotiate deals and use initiative
Estimate and track key account metrics
Forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets
Deliver a full Needs Analysis of customer and tailor the product features to the customer needs
What You Bring to the Role
Engaging, personable, rapport builder
Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to build and develop new business to meet sales quotas
Ability to manage and develop a sales territory for prospective clients
Dynamic and responsive
Attention to detail, including depth of knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
