Senior Automation QA / SDET with experience in automation testing on C# within a cross Asset Trading House. The firm brought all technology in-house 2 years ago, leading to a significant amount of Greenfield work and build. As an Automation QA / SDET, you will require strong experience in testing applications handling large volumes of fast-moving data on a C#.Net platform.
This Greenfield Risk data platform presents a valuable opportunity to showcase your expertise and establish best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting software test scripts as part of the front office Tech team. The team works on custom-built, multi-asset class, front office applications and tools using primarily a Microsoft toolset. The flat team structure emphasizes task completion, requiring the software quality assurance tester to perform their own analysis and conduct automated testing using playwright.
Rate: Up to £550-£650/Day Outside IR35
Tenure: 12 month rolling
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office
Tech: Testing, QA, Automation, C#.Net, Gherkin, Cucumber, Specflow
Must have experience:
Building automation test frameworks for applications handling large volumes of data
Skill requirements for the Automation QA:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and building of robust Test Automation Frameworks
Understanding of software automation test strategies and how they are commonly applied in today’s development industry
Experience designing test automation frameworks, or an integration platform
Experience working with C#, Cucumber, Gherkin
