About Us
IT Services is a centralized resource working collaboratively with the University community to transform UEL's digital landscape. We engage in ground-breaking initiatives delivered within a dynamically developing cloud environment.
This exciting new role will join IT Services as a Senior Audio-Visual Specialist to work on campus as part of our multi-disciplined AV Team consisting of technical experts and assistants. You will provide hands-on support of Audio-Visual hardware and help develop new spaces as our digital transformation continues across the whole University estate.
About the Job
We are looking for a hardworking, versatile individual, with a proven track record in advance support of an agile Audio-Visual service. They will be passionate about technology and help develop and maintain the Audio-Visual infrastructure across UEL. The primary purpose of the role is to provide strong technical support and guidance. A breadth of knowledge to ensure the full support of UEL’s underpinning Audio Visual space provision with the ability for advance investigation and troubleshooting.
You will be responsible for delivering this customer focused experience to the UEL community.
The role will blend operational support, maintenance and development. The talented individual will have a methodical approach and a genuine interest in a career path in Audio Visual and IT industry with acore ability to communicate with users. Working under the guidance and reporting to our AV Manager you willhavefull involvement in developing new teaching environments across all sites.Always proactively working toidentify and resolve issuesto improve customer satisfaction and meet SLA/OLA requirements.
