Salary: £40K-£60K base + annual disc bonus
The Client: Our client are a fantastic boutique executive search firm founded in 2012. Over the past 12 years they have developed an exceptional network across the Alternative Investment space, with a range of fund sizes from Growth stage through to Large-Cap Private Equity, Corporate M&A and Family Offices. Running 100% retained search, out client supports these Funds primarily with their Investment teams, globally, completing over 350 mandates across the full spectrum of seniority, from Analyst / Associate through to Director / MD.
The Role: We are looking for an experienced individual to come in an support the Founder of the firm execute a variety of fully retained searches. This role requires the individual to take the lead on searches once they have been brought into the firm, and run the process from initial brief and market map, through to candidate and client management, and where appropriate offer management and close.
Experience:
A minimum of 12 months experience, ideally within an executive search setting.
Great attention to detail.
Resilience and passion for quality.
Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days in the office 2 from home.
