Senior Associate Opportunity - Tier 1 Tech Practice (£145k+)

Our client is a full-service global international law firm, which has a leading reputation for TMT. This 30 strong fee-earner team are top rated for IT and Technology and with a healthy pipeline of work coming through, they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Associate.The focus of this role will be on complex technology and 'never been done before' big-ticket outsourcing transactions, including advising on strategic sourcings for clients who are entering the UK for the first time. Along-side this, there is scope to gain involvement in the usual run of tech and commercial contracts, acting for suppliers and on the customer side, as well as in digital transformation, emerging tech and data, if so desired. As a stand alone team, work is self-generated and won from its diverse cross-sector client base, ensuring a good range of interesting work and minimal due-diligence corporate support. As a core industry / practice focus for the firm, this incumbent will enjoy good career opportunities, including client management, deal management, client secondments and overall a good career trajectory for the right individual.The successful candidate will have relevant IT and outsourcing experience gained from a recognised law firm, a strong academic record and genuine interest and passion for technology.
