Senior/ Associate of Building Surveying

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for an Associate Director Building Surveying position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is for a renowned building consultancy operating from one of four offices; Oxford, Reading, Guildford or Maidenhead. The role will be for managing instructions across the Thames Valley corridor.
The role is for an Associate Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
Valuations
Contract Administration
Employers Agent
Professional Services
Dilapidations
Condition Reports
Programme Management
Cost Management
Requirements for the role are:
Building Surveying Degree
Ideally MRICS.
