Job DescriptionLeadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for Senior Associates and Managers on behalf of a fast-growing boutique strategy Consultancy. This is a great opportunity to work for a company going through an exciting growth period in their London office. The company cover a range of areas, including TMT, marketing, events, education, and private equity, just to name a few. The company can offer you constant variety with your work, with most projects lasting 4-8 weeks, and therefore allows constant development for yourself. You will predominantly be based in their London office, to ensure you are able to maintain a strong work-life balance. However, you will still be given the opportunity to travel, with many of these occasions being international travel, including secondments to their New York office.The Role:You will be able to manage and lead multiple projects, varying in size for an array of clientsYou will be integral in problem solving. Designing solutions for our various clients will be a key aspect of your roleYou will be required to give presentations to clients and to attend client meetingsAssociates and analysts will report into you, whilst you manage them on various projectsThe Person:More than 3 years’ experience working in strategy consultingExcellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and to lead effectivelyStrong data analysis and numerical skills, alongside excellent proficiency in both Excel and PowerPointPassionate about the sectors we coverManagerial experienceCDD and strategy consulting experienceWhat’s on offer:A very competitive salary, alongside a discretionary bonusExcellent career progression, most promotions occur every 1.5 -2.5 yearsPrivate Healthcare and Travel InsuranceThe ability to go on an exchange programme and work in our New York officeHybrid working system
